Alnico Magnets are ideal for corrosive and high hear applications up to 500 Centigrade;

Sintered Alnico magnets are made via powdered metal process. Lower grades are isotropic, which can be magnetized in any direction but at a loss of magnetic strength; Cast Alnico magnets are cast in sand molds and usually require finish grinding. Casting Alnico is the most typical manufacturing method and most cast Alnico is oriented and anisotropic, which means the magnet can be only magnetized in one direction, while this improves the magnetic strength;

Corrosion resistance: No coating or plating needed;

Temperature Effects: Alnico magnets can be used for continuous duty applications where temperature extremes up to 500 Centogrades;

Magnetizing Options: Axially; Diametrically; Various pole configurations can be achieved without conflicting with the magnet material's orientation;

Handling and storage: Appropriate handling and packing is required to ensure safety and prevent damage since Alnico magnets are very strong and brittle.
